Personal Physician Group LLP was founded in 1999, the first and only medical group practice in the United States to offer such a high level of patient-determined medical care.

Our vision is that of "back to the future of medicine" as we focus on practicing medicine in the personal one-on-one style of a hundred years ago. We blend modern medicine with old-fashioned doctor/patient and doctor/family relationships, complete with house calls and individualized service.

Our patients are the heart of what we do. PPG is able to work seamlessly with the patient’s existing health team, both inpatient and outpatient, adding other physicians, nurses, and therapists as needed.
