Clinicians Susan Altemus, RN Maddie Bunch, RN, CDMSC Stacey Scineaux, RMA Mandy Smith, PT Administrators David Decker Nancy Neilson Rachel Schneider Lou Tenaglia	Maddie Bunch, RN, CDMSC Director of Case Management Maddie Bunch RN CDMSC graduated from the University of Bridgeport Baccalaureate School of Nursing and did her clinical training at the Yale-New Haven Hospital. When she moved to Texas, she worked at The Institute for Rehabilitation and Research (TIRR) for two years and then moved for several years to the Spinal Cord Injury Unit at the VA Hospital. She returned to TIRR, serving first as liaison nurse to their outpatient service programs and later becoming director of the outpatient service programs for all clinics. She has been on the TIRR Hospital Board and now serves on the Memorial Hermann Hospital Board. She has owned two case management and related service companies in Houston. Her association with Personal Physician Group LLP began in 2002. She directs case management participates in direct patient care as well as works in our practice planning and development. She serves as back-up to the Director of Nursing. Her particular interests include spinal cord and brain injuries and the complex family dynamics associated with such injuries. Maddie is Chairman of the Board of the Houston Marathon Foundation and is on the Houston Marathon Board of Trustees. She works out in the gym and does yoga. Director of Case Management

Maddie Bunch RN CDMSC graduated from the University of Bridgeport Baccalaureate School of Nursing and did her clinical training at the Yale-New Haven Hospital.
